Baggy snow pants and oversized ski fits are having a moment right now.

If you’ve been on TikTok or Instagram and follow ski or snowboard content, you’ve probably seen the baggy ski look in your feed. It’s a trend many people associate with Gen Z style.
Since I love baggy clothes, I wanted to try the look myself and discovered Gsou Snow, a brand known for its baggy-fit snow jackets and pants. In this post, I’m sharing the pieces I tried and how the fits worked for me.
Here are the items featured in this post:

FIT REVIEW
Style & Fit
Gsou Snow really nails the baggy look. Some pieces are very oversized and baggy, giving that full-on trend vibe, while others are slightly baggy. The slightly baggy pieces are a nice middle ground if you want the look without fully committing to the oversized style.
I particularly liked some of the more feminine color options, like light pink and lavender. I'm really feelin' the girly-girl colors this season.

Quality & Function
I really love how solid the gear feels for the price. The fabrics are waterproof and windproof, so you stay comfortable on the mountain. The adjustable cuffs, adjustable waist, and removable suspenders on some pieces make it easy to get a fit that works for you.
One of my favorite things has to be all the pockets. They’re super practical, especially if you don’t want to carry a backpack while skiing or snowboarding. The ventilation zippers and layering options also make it easy to stay comfortable in different weather conditions.

Can You Actually Ski in Baggy Snow Gear?
The short answer is yes. Gsou Snow’s baggy pieces let you move freely on the slopes, even in the oversized styles. That said, if you go too baggy, the clothes can start to get in the way. The key is finding a fit that gives you room to move while still staying practical on the mountain.

Style Advice
This is a very particular look, so it’s really about what you feel comfortable in. If full baggy isn’t your vibe, you can still try the trend without going all-in. Ordering a smaller size can give you a looser but not fully oversized fit, and some pieces are less exaggerated in their bagginess, which creates a nice middle ground.
At the end of the day, it’s all about what you like and what feels right on you. Don’t feel pressured to go full baggy if it’s not your style. The fit should feel like you.

Overall Thoughts
I really liked Gsou Snow. The colors are beautiful, and I genuinely enjoyed wearing the pieces on the slopes. Everything felt functional and comfortable, which is exactly what you want in ski gear.
I will say that the black retro pants were a little too baggy for me. I loved the quality and design, and I thought they looked cool, but functionally they were a bit much. I think this could easily be solved by sizing down one or two sizes. That said, this is just my opinion, and someone else might think the bagginess is perfect.
